ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (AP) - Authorities say a St. Petersburg man
set his house on fire after getting into an argument with his
girlfriend.

The woman called 911 Sunday afternoon, reporting that her
boyfriend, 51-year-old Robert Harden, had assaulted her and was
threatening to burn down the house.

Officials say Harden poured gasoline in the bedrooms and lit it.

After firefighters arrived, it took them about 15 minutes to put
out the blaze.

St. Petersburg police officers arrested Harden.

Fire officials say the one-story, wood frame home suffered about $40,000 in damage and is uninhabitable. No injuries were reported.

Harden faces multiple felony charges, including arson and aggravated assault.

He was being held without bail set.
