The driver of a trolley bus carrying passengers around the Panhandle town of Springfield passed out and drove the vehicle into a lake.

Police say the driver and two passengers were treated for minor
injuries Wednesday.

Springfield Police Chief Philip Thorne says passengers noticed
the driver was having a medical problem when the vehicle began
slowly heading into the water.

A wrecker service pulled the trolley from Martin Lake.
