DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (AP) - A Daytona Beach condo association has
filed a lawsuit against Wyndham Vacation Resorts, accusing the time
share's management branch of misusing funds.
Ocean Walk Resort Condominium Association Inc. says Wyndham used
association money and staff for the benefit of their timeshare.
The 50-page complaint was filed Tuesday.
Association President Craig Jackson, says the board of directors
fired Wynhdam as their management company, but "Wyndham refuses to give us control of our bank account, bank records or financial
The lawsuit also accused Wyndham of hiring an unlicensed manager to oversee the association.
