Police are calling it a modern day puppy mill.
Florida authorities are charging Carolyn Bragg with neglect --
after discovering close to 90 dogs living in what they say were dismal
conditions at her Lakewood home.
Police say 57-year-old was selling them.
But, they say the pups -- mostly Pomeranians, Yorkies and Pugs -- appear to be
in fair condition.
