CAPE CORAL, Fla. (AP) - A teenager suffered life-threatening
head injuries after he tumbled off the trunk of his friend's moving
car.

Authorities say Justin Brantley, 16, was doing a stunt commonly
known as "hood surfing," which involves people trying to balance
on the hood or trunk of a moving car.

Police said on Wednesday, Brantley was on the trunk of his
friend's Toyota when he fell.

Brantley was rushed by ambulance to Lee Memorial Hospital, where he is in critical condition.
