A Panama City Beach business goes up in flames, causing severe damage.
A driver reported the fire around 7:30 p.m. Sunday at the Coldwell Banker Real Estate office at 22901 Front Beach Road.
Witnesses on scene tell newschannel 7 the flames at one point were at least 20 to 30 feet in the air.
The Coldwell office is located at the west end of Panama City Beach where Front Beach Road meets Back Beach Road. It’s next door to the Winn-Dixie and across the street from Publix.
Bay county sheriff's deputies say the part of the real estate building that burned is the side where renters pick up and drop off their keys. Apparently there's a lot of foot traffic in and out of that side of the building.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation, but doesn't appear to be suspicious.
It doesn't appear there were any injuries.
