FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (AP) - A Fort Lauderdale resident is
facing a $90 fine for his Election Day celebration.

Brian Nelson honked his car's horn for a few blocks after
president-elect Barack Obama's win Tuesday - until a police officer
stopped him.

The officer ticketed Nelson for violating Florida Statute
316.271, excessive use of horn.

Nelson complained to the police department's internal affairs
unit and e-mailed Mayor Jim Naugle's office.

A police spokesman says the incident is being reviewed.
