JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) - Jill Biden, the wife of Democratic vice will hold rallies in Florida to encourage voters to cast their ballots for her husband's ticket.
On Friday, Jill Biden will begin her trip in Jacksonville and continue to events in St. Augustine, Palm Coast, New Smyrna and Cocoa Beach.
On Saturday she will hold events in Orlando, Tampa and Lakeland.
Biden is an English teacher at a community college in Delaware.
Her husband and Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama have
been campaigning heavily in the Sunshine State, which has 27 electoral votes up for grabs.
Early voting in Florida started Monday.
Election Day is Nov. 4.
