Three Bay County killers will be asking the State Supreme Court to spare their lives next month.

Attorneys for Kyle Barrington Bates will present oral arguments to the justices November 4th. Bates is on death row for the murder of State Farm insurance secretary Janet Renee White in June,1982.

The following day, the justices will hear appeals for Mark Allen Geralds and Robert Bailey.

Geralds murdered Cove housewife Tressa Pettibone at her home in February 1989.

Bailey is a relative newcomer to death row. The Milwaukee gang member faces execution for the murder of Panama City Beach police Sgt. Kevin Kight, who he shot to death during a traffic stop on Easter Sunday, March 2005.

The Florida Attorney General’s office will argue against the trio's appeals.
