MIAMI (AP) - A Miami-Dade police detective has been shot and is
in stable condition at the hospital.
Authorities have released very little details for now, but according to Detective Roy Rutland, the officer is expected to recover.
WFOR-TV reported that no suspects are in custody.
The officer's name has not been released.
WFOR said he was not in uniform at the time of the shooting.
