SAVANNAH, Ga. (AP) -- Two teenage brothers have been indicted in the connection with the shooting death of a man in April.
The Savannah Morning News (http://bit.ly/MIzsud ) reports that 19-year-old John Montrell Small and 17-year-old Denvontay Rashemell Small were charged Wednesday with felony murder in the death of Timothy Tyjuan Randolph. The brothers were also charged with criminal attempt to commit armed robbery and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
The Chatham County grand jury determined in returning the murder indictment that the brothers fatally shot the 23-year-old Randolph during an attempted armed robbery on April 20.
