Mother of Missing Florida Toddler Sued for Defamation

ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) - A woman once accused of kidnapping a missing central Florida child has filed a defamation lawsuit against the mother.

Attorney John Morgan says Zenaida Gonzalez has never met Casey
Anthony, who accused Gonzalez of taking the child in June. Gonzalez
sued Anthony on Wednesday in Orlando.

Anthony told authorities she last saw 3-year-old Caylee in June with a baby sitter named Zenaida Gonzalez. Caylee wasn't reported missing until July.

Authorities say they don't believe Anthony's story. She is a "person of interest" in the disappearance. Anthony has been charged with child neglect, making false statements and obstruction. She says she doesn't know what happened to Caylee.

A spokesman for Anthony's attorney did not return a telephone message Thursday.
