ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) - A bail bondsman says the mother of a missing Florida girl will likely be spending another night in jail.
Tony Padilla said Casey Anthony would "probably not" be released from the Orange County jail on Monday, because of concerns about proposed home confinement conditions.
Padilla and his uncle flew on Sunday from California to Florida to try and post Anthony's bond.
Anthony is being held on $500,000 bond on charges of child neglect, making false statements and obstructing an investigation. Police say she lied to them and didn't report her daughter, Caylee, missing for more than a month.
Caylee Anthony, who turned 3 on Aug. 9, was reported missing in July.
