The Bay County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a mother and her three children, missing from their Bay County residence since July 17, 2008.

Jessie DeBarr and her three children Wylie, 5 years, Dixie, 3 years, and Cash, 11 months, were reported missing on August 6, 2008, when her husband returned to Bay County from a job out of town.

DeBarr’s husband stated he was very concerned for the children’s welfare due to DeBarr’s history of prescription medication abuse.

He also stated that since July 17, DeBarr has placed telephone calls to friends and told them she and the children are all right but has not told anyone her location.

Jessie DeBarr, age 29, is wanted on outstanding warrants in Bay County for Battery, Narcotics Violations, Probation Violations, and Failure to Appear on Criminal Charges.

Jessie DeBarr was last seen driving a green Toyota 4-Runner with Florida Tag X45WIS.

Anyone with information about Jessie DeBarr is asked to call Investigator Pierce at the Bay County Sheriff’s Office at 747-4700, ext. 2614, or Crime Stoppers at 785-TIPS.
