DECATUR, Ala. (AP) -- Decatur police charged a Krystal restaurant
employee Wednesday with killing two co-workers in an apparent
Police said 21-year-old Jordaan Creque was charged with two
counts of capital murder. Police said they were questioning a
second person about the shooting deaths and looking for a third.
Sgt. John Crouch said a female employee reported to work at 5
a.m. Wednesday and found one worker shot to death and the cash
registers open. She contacted police, who found another employee
Officers identified the slain employees as 50-year-old Mark
Graff of Huntsville and 23-year-old Jessie Jose Aguilar of Decatur.
Both were shot multiple times with a 9 mm handgun.
Crouch said the store is open 24 hours, but the lobby is locked
It wasn't immediately known whether Creque has an attorney.

Police say a Krystal employee showed up for work at the
restaurant Wednesday morning and found the store had been robbed.
The Huntsville Times reports Decatur Police Sgt. John Crouch says the employee told police all the registers were open and the money was gone.
Crouch says the employee continued to look around the building and found a co-worker shot to death.
Crouch says officers arrived and found a second employee dead
from what appears to be a gunshot wound.
Officers say the store is open 24 hours, but the lobby is locked
about midnight. Crouch says there is no timeline for the shootings.
