On January 4, 2014 the Dothan Police Department made two felony arrests following a recent investigation involving employee theft from the Target department store.
An internal investigation was conducted by loss prevention officers of the business, after several items high priced items were found discarded around the store. During that investigation, it was revealed that store employees Jeremani Thomas and Charles Stevens stole over $700.00 worth of merchandise between December 8th and December 23rd 2013.
Both Thomas and Stevens were arrested and charged with second
degree theft. Their arrest now brings this case to a close.
26-year-old Jeremai Jalou Thomas, of Midland City, Alabama was arrested and charged with second degree Theft. A bond amount has been set at $2,500.
26-year-old Charles Eric Stevens, of Glanton Street was arrested and charged with second degree Theft. A bond amount has been set at $2,500.
All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
