(Dothan,Al.) - According to Authorities, the son of Houston County District Attorney Doug Valeska, has been arrested for alleged drug possession.
Reports say 24-year-old Albert Douglas Valeska II was booked in jail of Friday.
Valeska says although he is saddened by this situation, he doesn't want his son to receive special treatment.
As for his job in office, Valeska says he's going to pray about this situation before making any changes.
Right now his son faces misdemeanor charges.
