(Dothan, AL)—Police are searching for those involved in a drive-by shooting on Thursday evening.

According to witnesses, three adults and two children were standing outside their home on Lanier Street, when a car pulled up and the driver fired multiple shots.

A man was injured during the shooting; however he is being treated at Southeast Alabama Medical Center and is listed in stable condition.

Police believe the suspect could have been pulled over for a traffic stop earlier in the week.
