Panama City Man Arrested on Grand Theft Charges

The Panama City Police Department announces the arrest of Norman John Garceau, 59 years of age. Garceau is being charged with one count of Grand Theft.

The arrest comes after an investigation in to the reported theft of approximately $120 Thousand Dollars. Garceau was the General Manager of Bambi’s Doll House located at 2915 E. 5th Street. It is believed that between the dates of October 2010 and February 2011 Garceau intercepted checks intended for the business and deposited them in his own bank account. Garceau was arrested on December 21, 2011 at approximately 10:30 A. M.
