“Operation Naughty List” Nabs 16 Walton County Law Violators

The Walton County Sheriff's Office (WCSO) with the support of the Florida Department of Law Enforcement’s (FDLE) Panama City Field Office arrested 16 law violators during “Operation Naughty List.”

“Operation Naughty List” is a 24-hour campaign launched by the WCSO to arrest wanted persons, many of whom were under long-term investigation by property and vice/narcotics investigators. “Operation Naughty List” removed wanted individuals in a single coordinated “sweep.” The majority of those arrested were charged with drug-related crimes.

During the operation, a stolen vehicle was recovered and Allan Nabors and Shirley Bowden were arrested for grand theft auto.

Five DeFuniak Springs, one Laurel Hill, six Freeport, three Santa Rosa Beach and one Panama City residents were arrested during the campaign.

The arrestees were charged with the following:

• Lisa Hall was charged with one count of marijuana distribution, a third-degree felony.
• Shirley Bowden was charged with one count of grand theft auto, a third-degree felony.
• Allen Nabors was charged with one count of grand theft auto, a third-degree felony.
• Shadler Roehm was charged with two counts of marijuana distribution, a third-degree felony.
• Michael McKay was charged with one count of principal trafficking methamphetamine, a second-degree felony; and principal to manufacturing methamphetamine, a third-degree felony.
• Jeffery Starkey was charged with two counts of marijuana distribution, a third-degree felony.
• Bridget Tullis was charged with two counts of methamphetamine distribution, a second-degree felony.
• Darrien Looney was charged with one count of possession of drug paraphernalia, a first-degree misdemeanor.
• Darrien Looney, Sr., was charged with one count of possession of marijuana, a first-degree misdemeanor; and one count of possession of a short barrel shotgun, a second-degree felony. Looney turned himself in to the Walton County Jail Dec. 15.
• Damien Looney was charged with one count of marijuana possession; and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia, both first-degree misdemeanors.
• Mark Bizzel was charged with one counts of dealing in stolen property, a second-degree felony; and theft, a third-degree felony.
• Lisa Bizzel was charged with one count of dealing in stolen property, a second-degree felony; and fraud, a third-degree felony.
• Johhny Williford was charged with one count of marijuana production, a third-degree felony; one count of possession of marijuana, a third-degree felony; and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia, a first-degree misdemeanor. Wiliford turned himself in to the Walton County Jail Dec. 14.
• Kaymleh Azan was charged with one count of possession of marijuana, a first-degree misdemeanor. Azan turned herself in to the Walton County Jail Dec. 14.
• David Mosher was charged with three counts of possession of marijuana with intent to sell and three counts of possession of a controlled substance, a third-degree felony.
• Crystal Breland was charged with one count of obtaining a controlled substance by fraud, a third-degree felony; and one count of possession of a prescription drug without a valid prescription, a second-degree misdemeanor. Breland turned herself in to the Walton County Jail Dec. 12.

All were booked into the Walton County Jail.

Further charges and arrests are pending.
