Officers, many of them undercover, raided an illegal moonshine distillery in Landrum on Thursday, a spokeswoman with the SC Law Enforcement Division confirms.

SLED Spokeswoman Katherine Richardson said the agency assisted Spartanburg County deputies with the bust on Plantation Drive.

The Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office said it couldn't release details of the bust until mid-afternoon at a press conference planned with Sheriff Chuck Wright.

I know yall had to do it arrest someone for operating a still, cause the law was on the books. Well maybe you should resurrect some of those old laws that are still on the books, like spitting out of the car window while going down the road.
