Don't expect Michael Jackson's doctor to take the stand.
Dr. Conrad Murray was supposed to be deposed today.
Jackson's family called off their jailhouse visit, though, as Murray swears he will not answer any questions during deposition or at trial.
This after Jackson's mother filed a wrongful death lawsuit against concert promoter AEG Live.
Murray is now serving a four-year sentence, after being found guilty of causing Jackson's death in 2009 by administering an overdose of sedatives and surgical anesthetic.
He's never been questioned under oath about the singer's death, and he doesn't intend to be.
If forced to take the stand, his lawyer says Murray will plead the Fifth Amendment to avoid self-incrimination.
