The Bay County Sheriff’s Office arrested a local man for the second time in a month, this time for allegedly burglarizing the home of a neighbor.
BCSO Criminal Investigators arrested Timothy C. Foxworth on December 7, 2011 and charged him with Aggravated Child Abuse for the injury of an infant in his care.
On December 28, 2011, a neighbor of Foxworth’s filed a complaint that someone had entered his home on Willow Bend Lane in Lynn Haven and taken a .45 caliber pistol and a set of keys to his vehicle.
Missing from his vehicle was a GPS system and a radar detector. The victim stated he believed the theft occurred about December 7, 2011.
After discovering the items gone, the victim approached Foxworth’s wife and told her about the missing items.
Mrs. Foxworth found the items in her own vehicle and told the victim she had asked her husband about the items and he admitted to her that he took them from the victim’s home and vehicle.
She also told the victim she had caught her husband leaving the victim’s home several times without permission.
Investigators made contact with Foxworth, DOB 3/21/88, at his current residence at 10487 Miller Circle, Youngstown and he stated he did take some of the items from the victim’s home.
Foxworth was arrested again for Burglary of a Residence While Armed, Burglary of a Conveyance, and Grand Theft and transported to the Bay County Jail.
