Man Arrested for Burglary After Vehicle Accident.

On November 28, 2010 a Marcus Clark a 22 year old male of Trawick Rd. Dothan, Al. was involved in a two vehicle accident on Ross Clark Circle.

Dothan Police Department responded to the accident and started the investigation of the accident which led to possible evidence of stolen property inside the vehicle.

The Dothan Police Department and the Houston County Sheriff's Office worked jointly on the investigation of the stolen property which led to search warrants being executed at Marcus Clark’s residence and at a local hotel that Marcus Clark was staying at.

Evidence from the investigation led to Marcus Clark being charged with 4 counts of Burglary 3rd with a bond of $2,500.00 on each count.

There are pending charges of Burglary 3rd from Geneva County and Breaking and Entering of a Motor Vehicle charges with Dothan Police Department.

Property recovered from the investigation were power tools handguns, shot guns, flat screen televisions, laptop computers, cameras, yard tools and several pieces of loose jewelry and collector coins.

The investigation is on-going with possible additional arrest.
