WCSO deputies responded to a Nov. 9 complaint regarding a residential burglary at 70 Gulf Cove Court.
The landlord alleged that the tenant’s ex-boyfriend entered the residence and lit something on fire.
Further investigation revealed that a witness observed Hensley enter the unoccupied residence and lit an ironing board and towel on fire.
Hensley was charged with one count of burglary, a second-degree felony.
Further charges are pending from the State Fire Marshals Office.
He was booked into the Walton County Jail.
