A Dothan man faces a domestic violence charge after he allegedly choked a victim until they passed out.
Investigators say on July 8, Remus Thomas, 27, of Langley Drive got into a physical altercation. During the altercation, Thomas allegedly attacked and began chocking the victim, who was a family member, until they passed out.
Thomas was arrested on July 25. He has been charged with second degree domestic violence. His bond has been set at $30,000.
