Madoff Investors Won't Get Money Back

Thousands of investors who lost money in Bernard Madoff's ponzi scheme will not be getting it back.

A federal judge ruled Thursday that the nearly 11,000 people who gave their money to Madoff have no legal protection for getting their money back.

The decision backs an earlier ruling by the trustee in charge of distributing the money Madoff took from his victims.

It's believed Madoff stole as much as $20 billion through his pyramid-style scheme.

Once it's gone, it's gone. When you have a lot to start with, it's a good idea just to be satisfied with what you got and not try to be a greedy pig and want more. Because it is better to give than to receive.
