Sheriff's Office: Lovetown Community Resident Missing, Endangered

The Houston County Sheriff’s Office needs the local community’s help to locate a Lovetown Community resident.

According to the sheriff’s office, Anthony Fails left his residence on Monday, Sept. 9 in a depressed state. Fails will possibly be occupying a green 1994 Ford F250 with Alabama tag number 28B41D1.

Fails is described as being 6-feet tall, and 145-pounds. He has green eyes and brown hair.

The press release states that Fails is known to frequent bridges and landings. He may be in possession of an AR15 type rifle and a .380 handgun.

If you have had contact with Fails or know if his whereabouts you are asked to call Investigator Robert Hopkins with Criminal Investigations.
