Homeless Man Dies after being Crushed By Car

Orlando--While Orlando police continue to conduct interviews, they're already getting accounts of what happened from witnesses.

The victim, who appeared homeless, approached the driver of a van at a 7-Eleven asking for money and put his arm in the van's window.

The driver of the van began rolling up the window and moving backward, according to witnesses.

That caused the man to become pinned between the van and a sign displaying gas prices, police said.

He died from his injuries on scene.

Well thats bad, but he don't have to beg anymore. Depending on how he lived, he's probably in Heaven. The guy in the van should be charged with manslaughter, he was negligent and did not use due care in his driving. Letting up the window, probably on the persons arm, making him have to walk along side the vehicle causing him to get pinned between the sign and the vehicle. Thats the drivers fault.
