Holmes Co. Sheriff's Office Marijuana Eradication

The Holmes County Sheriff’s Office had a full day of eradicating domestic marijuana in Northwest Holmes County on Thursday.

With the assistance of Jackson County Sheriff’s Office helicopter, Deputies were able to locate and eradicate a total of 575 marijuana plants ranging from seedlings to mature plants approximately eight feet tall.

Related to this project, Holmes County Sheriff Tim Brown said “this was the largest haul of marijuana plants this year so far”. Sheriff Brown added “I appreciate Jackson County Sheriff’s Office with their assistance in this operation”.
