Staff Sergeant Dustin Hogan's sentence recommendation includes reduction to the rank of E-1, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, dishonorable discharge and 50 years confinement.

Hogan pleaded guilty Tuesday and a number of witnesses took the stand Wednesday afternoon, including Hogan’s mother.

The commanding general now has to approve the sentence and dishonorable discharge before it is known where Hogan will serve his time.

NO,don't cut his private parts off. Just fix it so it don't work anymore. He can urinate, but that's it. Kinda like they fix male dogs. The child molester will always be a threat regardless of what you have done to him.But it would be a good punishment for him to have to live with. And of course we have female molesters, I guess you'd have to find some kind of horrible punishment for them to have to endure.
