With his bare hands he strangled the dog to death ? Why ? How long did that take ? Did he watch it's pupils dilate and so it died ? Looks like the beginings of a serial killer. But he's getting a late start he's already 22. Could have just done it to get a free place to stay. Room and board, 3 hots and a cot. Company to talk to.Someone that would go out of their way to get put in jail must be loony toons.Beware of The Dog Strangler.
