An Inverness, Fla., teacher has resigned after pleading guilty to selling guns without a license.
Joseph Andrew Castorina faces federal charges of illegally trafficking firearms, including AK-47s.
He was busted during an undercover sting in December 2010, but parents of some of his students say the problems go back before he was caught.
They say Castorina used inappropriate language and made sexual comments around girl students.
The school district didn't terminate Castorina because under Florida statute, selling guns without a license isn't a fireable offense.
Castorina, for his part, says he resigned due to medical reasons.
