An FSU student accused of shooting two people made his first court appearance Monday.
Police say 20-year-old Evan Wilhelm was showing a firearm to his friends at Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity when the weapon went off.
Authorities say he shot Ashley Cowie in the chest, killing her immediately. Another student, Keith Savino, suffered injuries. He's been released from an area hospital.
Wilhelm says he didn't know the gun was loaded.
A judge set bond at $25,000 on the condition that it would include Wilhelm being released to his parents, having a curfew and not being allowed near firearms.
