FBI Launches Billboard Campaign to Find Mobster

He's been on the run for decades, wanted by the FBI.

Now, federal officials are hoping an electronic billboard in Times Square, and others like it, will help them nab alleged mobster James "Whitey" Bulger.

The 81-year-old is accused of running the Winter Hill Gang in Boston and was indicted in connection with 19 killings.

The FBI says Bulger took off with his girlfriend, Catherine Greig, in 1995. He's believed to still be with her, so officials are running public service announcements across the country centered around her.
