An extreme incident of bullying was caught on video in Upper Darby, Penn.

Police released a tape of a 13-year-old student who was punched, kicked, dragged through the snow, then hung in a tree and dangled from a fence.

Authorities say the student was attacked randomly on his way home from school January 11.

For 20 minutes, seven high school students terrorized the teen. No one came to his rescue despite his screams for help.

The teenage suspects were arrested this morning at school. They're charged with kidnapping, false imprisonment, reckless endangerment and other crimes.

I think it`s really hateful for someone to do something like this. I mean is it only because they have their own problem`s in life and they are taking it out on this teen.
