A Eufaula man is accused of robbing his neighbor.
Eufaula Police were called to the 200 block of Gammage Road on Thursday, Sept. 26. Authorities say, Tacari Evans, 18, of Gammage Road, broke into his neighbor’s home around 8 p.m.
Officers responding to the call were able to locate and detain Evans who was running from the area. The victim, who was not identified, says he was sitting in his home when he was struck in the head by a man wearing dark clothing and a mask.
During the investigation, detectives were able to link Evans to pending crime and felony charges.
The victim was transported to the hospital for treatment.
