Enterprise Man Arrested in Dothan on Child Sex Charges

On June 23, 2012 the Dothan Police Department made a felony arrest after responding to suspicious circumstances at a local hotel. Due to the sensitive nature of the case limited details are being released however police say 54 year old Randy Phelps was arrested and charged with enticing a child.

•Randy Phelps, white male, 54 years of age, of Enterprise, Alabama was arrested and charged with Enticing a Child to Enter a Vehicle, Home or Other Place for Immoral Purposes, with bond being set later today.
