Roberto Piaz Bernaba

HOUSTON COUNTY, AL - On November 27, 2012 the Houston County Sheriff's Office charged Roberto Paiz Bernaba a 30 year old male of Enterprise, Al. with Rape 2nd $30,000.00 bond, Sodomy 2nd $30,000.00 bond, Electronic Solicitation of a Child $30,000.00 bond and Traveling to meet a Child for Unlawful Sex Act $60,000.00 bond.

The Houston County Sheriff's Office received information of a possible rape and sodomy of a female under the age of 16 that had occurred in Houston County on November 26, 2012.

Houston County Sheriff's Office investigation led to evidence that led to the arrest of Roberto Paiz Bernaba on all four charges.

Roberto Bernaba was transported to the Houston County Jail and is being held a total bond of $150,000.00
