Dothan PD Makes Meth Lab Bust

On September 21, 2011 the Dothan Police Department responded to a residence in the 1000 block of Campbellton Highway after receiving reports of a strange odor coming from the residence.

Responding officers approached the residence and immediately smelled an odor which was consistent with the odor of a methamphetamine lab. Narcotics officers responded to the scene and received consent from the homeowners to search the residence.

Narcotic officers trained in collection of volatile chemicals proceeded to search the home and found multiple items used in the manufacturing of methamphetamine. Police also recovered pill bottles containing methamphetamine (finished product). Investigators say two suspects were arrested and charged with Manufacture of Controlled Substance and Drug trafficking.

• Clarence Roberts, white male, 53 years of age, of Campbellton Highway was arrested and charged with First Degree Manufacture of a Controlled Substance and Drug Trafficking with a $150,000 bond.
• Courtney Roberts, white female, 25 years of age, of Campbellton Highway was arrested and charged with First Degree Manufacture of a Controlled Substance and Drug Trafficking with a $150,000 bond.

    Ol' courtney looks OLD. She looks like she may be in her 40's. Ol' clarence Roberts looks about 75. Yall must like to be old and stupid. The more you use that stuff the more brain cells you lose. I don't really get it, why would anybody want to look old and get to be mentally deranged ?
