Dothan Drug Arrest

On March 12, 2011 while on routine patrol, Dothan Police Officers observed suspicious activity they believed to be narcotic related in the 600 block of Blackshear Street. Officers stopped Jeffery Whiters who threw several pieces of crack cocaine in an attempt to avoid arrest. Police recovered the cocaine and called a narcotic investigator to the scene. Whiters, who is currently on probation for narcotic charges, was arrested and charged with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance.

    See, those dope heads can never be trusted to be out on probation. Let them out, they run right back to it.When they get out you have to keep them so busy they don't have time to run around and hunt up a dealer. The way to do that is they have a ankle bracelet and they have to report to work every morning picking up garbage around town.For everybag of garbage they pick up,cut 15 minutes off their probation,or what ever much time you want to cut.By the time their off probation the city will be spotless.And maybe they'll move to keep from having to repeat this.
