A Dothan woman faces two counts of chemical endangerment of a child after she was allegedly found smoking marijuana in the presence of her two juvenile children.
According to Dothan Police, April Brown, 34, of Torino Drive, was arrested on Sunday, June 9 after police responded to a suspicious circumstance call. Once on the scene, police smelt an odor of burnt marijuana coming from a building. Inside of the building, officers found several people and marijuana was being smoked, two of the people inside were Brown’s children.
Brown’s bond has been set at $30,000 for both counts of chemical endangerment of a child.
