Dothan Woman Arrested for Assaulting Nurse

On July 31, 2012 the Dothan Police Department responded to a local hospital where a woman was arrested for assaulting a nurse. Investigators say the patient became disorderly during discharge and struck a nurse, which is a felony charge in the State of Alabama.

•Diane Toole, black female, 52 years of age, of Page Street was arrested and charged with Second Degree Assault with a $2,500 bond.
