A robbery investigation led to the arrest of two Dothan residents.

The incident occurred in the 500 block of West Powell Street on July 21. Investigators say Jalisa Budd, 24, of Flynn Road, lured the victim, a 26-year-old black male, behind two abandoned homes. Once there, Johnny Jones, 25, of Flynn Road, and an unknown black male allegedly waited to rob him.

Fitzgerald and the other man are accused of assaulting the victim. He was able to escape and contact police.

Budd and Jones were found a short time later and both have been charged with first degree robbery. Bond for each of them has been set at $250,000.
