The Dothan Police Department began an investigation on May 15 into residential Burglary complaint that occurred in the 700 block of Melody Lane.
Investigators say witnesses observed two subjects knocking on the front and back doors of the resident prior to the burglary, then watched as the subjects ran away from the rear of the home shortly after.

Wade was arrested shortly after the incident occurred, but officers were unable to locate Rodriguez. A warrant for Rodriguez’s arrest was issued and on May 16 he was taken into custody.
Rodriguez was arrested and charged with one count of third degree burglary. Rodriguez’s bond amount has been set at $15,000.
Wade was arrested and charged with one count of third degree Burglary. Wade’s bond amount has been set at $5,000.
