DOTHAN, AL - On October 16, 2012 the Dothan Police Department responded to an armed robbery in progress at Local Cash Advance located at 1726 Montgomery Highway. Upon arrival, police learned the suspect entered the business and then showed the employee a handgun while demanding cash. The suspect was given cash after which he fled north bound on Denton Road. The suspect was described as a black male with a name or word style tattoo on his neck wearing earrings in both ears, a white tee shirt and jeans. Additionally the employee stated he had a low style hair cut.
Police are asking anyone with information about the case or identity of the suspect to call the Dothan Police Department or CrimeStoppers 334-793-7000.
