On August 1, 2012 the Dothan Police Department made a felony arrest for Sexual Abuse following a recent investigation. Due to the sensitive nature of this case limited details are being released however police did say the case will be closed following yesterday’s arrest.
•Bobby Jo Bennett, black male, 43 years of age, of State Avenue was arrested and charged with First Degree Sexual Abuse and two counts of Sexual Abuse of a Child Under 12 with bonds totaling $75,000.
