DOTHAN, AL - On January 12, 2013 the Dothan Police Department made a felony arrest for rape. Due to the sensitive nature of the case, limited details are being released however investigators say the case will be closed following this arrest.
•Marquez Lynn, black male, 20 years of age, of South Bell Street was arrested and charged with First Degree Rape with a $ 60,000 bond. All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
