Dothan Man Arrested for Torturing Child

On August 2, 2012 the Dothan Police Department made a felony arrest following a rapid investigation which began the previous date. Due to the sensitive nature of the case limited details are being released however investigators confirmed Rikki Williams was arrested for child abuse.

•Rikki Williams, white male, 32 years of age, of South Ussery Street was arrested and charged with Torture, willful abuse, etc., of a child under 18 years of age by responsible person with a $15,000 bond.
