Law Enforcement have determined that the van being occupied by Charles Dean Partin is a STOLEN 2003 Green Toyota Sienna.
Partin was last seen in the east Texas/ west Louisiana area.
Partin is still traveling with seven people (including victim) and a dog.
It is believed that Partin is still seeking charitable contributions for subsistence and maybe staying at State Parks or campsites.
Officials say 36-year-old Charles Partin abducted his 15-year-old stepdaughter, Ailene Lander, during a doctor's appointment in Dothan on Monday. She was in state protective custody at the time, but officials haven't said why.
Authorities say they've issued warrants for Partin and the girl's mother, Julie Bethke, who they believe is assisting her husband.
